写真のタイトルは「春の散歩道」です。
The first photo is titled "Strolling Path in Spring."
これはお気に入りの鳥さん写真です。陽気な春の日、ムクドリの番（つがい）が川沿いの小径を散歩してます。実際には、ただ歩いてるのではなくて、巣を作るための材料を拾っているところ。今は、ムクドリや他の鳥さんにとって子育ての準備期間で、巣材集めはその最初のステップです。
This is one of my favorite bird photos. In the picture, on a sunny spring day, a pair of starlings are strolling along the riverside path. They are not just walking; they are actually picking materials to build their nest. Now is the season when starlings, and other birds as well, prepare for parenting. Collecting nesting materials is the first step.
2枚め、タイトルは「春の海」。
The second picture is titled "The Sea in Spring"
海は伊勢湾です。知多半島の海岸近くの小高いところから撮りました。写真には海と雲、シルエットになった木しか入ってませんが、雲に覆われた空が写真に優しく穏やかなグレーのトーンを、夕日が薄い雲とその切れ目を通して水平線近くに赤みと、海面には煌めきを与えています。この写真は何か春らしさがあると思うのですが、そう感じるのは私だけかもしれません。
The sea is Ise Bay in central Japan. I took this from a hill near the coast in the Chita Peninsula. In the picture, there are only the sea, the clouds, and the shilletted trees, but the overcast sky gives the photo a gentle and calm gray tone, and the setting sun, through the thin clouds and some breaks in them, provides a reddish tint near the horizon and simmering reflections on the water surface. I think this shot has some spring feel, although I fear I may be the only one who feels that way.
３枚め、タイトルは「おぼろ月夜」です。
The third picture is titled "Spring Night with a Hazy Moon."
3月の終わり頃、スマートフォンで撮りました。ここ10年以上、写真はスマホで撮っていて、デジタルカメラは使ってません。デジタルカメラで普段の生活の中で目を引いたものを撮ろうとしたら、常時それを持ち歩かないといけません。たぶん、すごく写真が好きな人でないとそんなことできないでしょう。写真を撮るのは好きですが、いつもデジタルカメラを持ち運ぶほどではありません。
I took this photo with my smartphone around the end of March. For the past ten years or more. I've taken pictures with my smartphone, and haven't used a digital camera. To take photos with a digital camera, like capturing moments that catch your eye in your daily life, you need to carry it all the time. Perhaps only people who truly love photography can manage that. I like taking pictures, but not so much that I always carry a digital camera.
スマホではいつでもどこでも写真が撮れます。私もですが、ほとんどの人が常にスマホを持ち歩いてますもんね。何か良いなと感じたものが目に入ると、よくシャッターボタン（スマホの画面）を押してます。3枚めはそんな感じで撮った写真です。この写真の何に惹かれるのかうまく説明できませんけど（笑）。この写真も、面白いと思うのは私だけかもしれません。
Smartphones allow you to take pictures anytime, anywhere, since most people carry theirs all the time, including me. And when I see something that I feel attracted to, I often press the shutter button (or the smartphone screen). The third photo is one of them taken that way. I can't quite explain what in the photo attracts me so much, though (haha). Again, I guess I may be the only one who finds it interesting.

上の3枚はお気に入り写真から選びました。お気に入りの写真を撮るには少しばかり運が必要です。例えば1枚めの写真、ムクドリがぴったりの位置、つまり菜の花が前景に、満開の桜が後景になるタイミングで気づけたことが幸運でした。
The top three photos are selected from my favorites. Taking your favorite photo requires a bit of luck. For example, as for the first one, I was lucky to spot the starlings when they were at the exact position with canola flowers in the foreground and the pink shades of cherry blossoms in the background.

The last picture below was also taken with my smartphone.
春とは関係ありません。今これを書いているところからの眺めです。名古屋駅近くのJRゲートタワー5階にあるタリーズコーヒーの、窓際のカウンターテーブル。今7時過ぎですが、1時間前にここに来ました。店はお客が少なくなってます。ある意味、これもラッキーなのかも。窓ガラスに映っている客が少なくて写真が幾分スッキリしたものになりました。
The picture has no relation to spring, one of the four seasons. It is what I can see from where I'm writing this: the counter table by the windows in Tully's coffee on the fifth floor of the JR Gate Tower near Nagoya station. It is past seven now, and I arrived here an hour ago. The shop is less crowded. In a sense, I’m lucky again, since the fewer customers in the reflection make the photo look less messy.
